Tips for selecting a good domain name:

What restrictions are there on the domain name I can choose to register?

Domain Names have a variety of basic rules, in general domains must:
  1. 1. Use only letters, numbers, or hyphens (-)
  2. 2. Cannot begin or end with a hyphen
  3. 3. .com, .net, .org and .info domain names cannot exceed 67 characters total
  4. 4. .info and .biz must have at least 3 characters not including .info or .biz
  5. 5. Other domain names cannot exceed 22 characters, not including the extension
  6. 6. Domain names are not case sensitive
  7. 7. Domain names cannot include spaces
  8. 8. 2 letter domains are not permitted
Strictly speaking domain shouldn't begin with a number either, however in practice it is possible in most circumstances.

Please always check the spelling of your new domain name carefully before paying. After submission your domain name registration process starts immediately and so no refunds can be made!
